Lancaster Hummus Co. began in 2010, growing out of a beloved family catering business. While promoting her catering at local farmers markets, founder Deborah discovered something special: among all the fresh salads and made-to-order meals her family offered, one item kept customers coming back for more — her uniquely flavored hummus.

When the farmers market season came to a close, Deborah and her son took those standout recipes straight to local grocery stores. The response was immediate, and Lancaster Hummus Co. was born — turning Deborah's dream of building a family-run business into a reality.

Today, that same passion goes into every batch. Deborah leads the company with her close-knit family supporting her every step of the way. What started at a farmers market table has grown into a brand rooted in flavor, family, and a whole lot of heart.
